DESCRIPTION
The Laser Plotter Galvanometric System is basically the combination of the "Laser Plotter System" and the "Galvanometric Laser System". In fact, in the Laser Plotter Galvanometric Systems, the Laser beam is directed by several mirrors towards a galvanometric head scan head that is able to move itself along the X and Y axes and is driven by a positioning system similar to that of the Plotter Systems. The scan-head is able to process areas that are 300x300 mm and is able to move over the entire working plane. The EvoMatrix II has an extreme strong structure built to withstand the most vigorous production schedules. The innovative building solutions used in the EvoMatrix II guarantee high working speed and performances beyond comparison.
MAIN FEATURES
Although the EvoMatrix is a very big laser machine, it is easily transportable. It is equipped with a CO2 Laser source of 100 or 200 Watt (water-cooled) and it has a mixed type laser beam movement system (Plotter System + Galvanometric System) so called Plotter Galvanometric System. The EvoMatrix II has a 1800x1800 mm cutting plane and a galvanometric head (scan head) with a working field of 300x300 mm. It has an fume suction devices may be also connected to any filtering system. The machine is PC controlled by means of a interface card supplied with the software. The EvoMatrix II has an ergonomic work station and it is equipped with a very powerful last-generation computer with a brightness 17” LCD monitor.
