DESCRIPTION
Laser plotter Megacut is the largest laser cutting machine of the Proel range for laser cutting and laser engraving. Its 1500x1500 mm cutting plane makes it possible to complete a job in a single cutting cycle; in the clothing sector, for example, Megacut allows you to cut all the different pieces of an item of clothing in a single cycle.
MAIN FEATURES
Laser Machine that is easily transportable thanks to wheels and to an exclusive system for reducing its size during handling., equipped with a CO2 Laser source of 25, 50 or 100 Watt (air-cooled or liquid-cooled), a cutting head driven on two axes by powerful motors, the possibility of assembling either a fixed cutting plane or a motorized cutting plane (for automatic loading/discharge of material to be worked/finished). Usable cutting area (1500x1500 mm), external fume suction device that may be connected to a filtering unit, RS-232 interface for connection to a Personal Computer, possibility of control at three power levels (usually one for laser cutting and two for laser engraving), possibility of selecting two cutting modes: constant speed or variable speed for optimizing times, cleaning of the cutting head using air produced by an internal pump or with air produced by an external source or with gases specific for laser cutting (usually Nitrogen). Laser pointer for positioning the material to be used. Equipped with many accessories (rolling system, unrolling system, head with adjustable focus, videocamera, etc).
