This form may be used by all Proel Customers to signal malfunctions, to ask for explanations, for memos or for any problem regarding one of our hardware products. To use this form, an email program must be installed on your PC (e.g. Outlook, Communicator, Eudora, etc.) with a configured e-mail address.

 

We ask you to bear in mind that the more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to find the reason for the problem and to provide you with a timely solution.
