Subject: Information under section 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code)

Proel S.r.l. company informs you that it will come in full possession of your data may be in written or verbal form required directly or by third parties, these data are designated as personal data in the Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code). With reference to the data, we inform you about the following:

Confirming that the communication of the data will be made in respect of legal and contractual duties, the data could be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to:
- our agents network
- factoring companies
- banks
- collecting companies
- credits insurance companies
- commercial information companies
- consultants or professionals

As you are involved in the processing of data, all the rights of the section 7 of the code are ensured, in particular you shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, to obtain the communication of such data in intelligible form and the source of the personal data, to obtain the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully; to obtain updating, rectification or integration of the data; to obtain certification to the effect that said operations have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected; to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection.
